🔒 Every byte of your data is HYVE-encrypted to your subscriber profile. ONLY YOU can see your data. Not admins. Not moderators. Not other subscribers. Not the database. Not backups. Not us. Only you, after you've authenticated as you.
All subscriber data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with a unique per-subscriber key derived from your subscriber identity via HKDF-SHA256. Your encryption key is mathematically bound to your account — no other subscriber's key can decrypt your data, and no admin endpoint exists that exposes decrypted subscriber content to a staff member. The only path to your plaintext is through your own authenticated session, after you've logged in with your password. Database breaches return only ciphertext. Backup leaks return only ciphertext. Curious admins running raw SQL queries see only ciphertext. Plaintext exists in memory ONLY during the milliseconds it takes ALPHA to process your message, then it's discarded. Same cryptographic strength used by Signal, 1Password, and government-grade vaults.
What this means in practice: if a hacker steals our entire database tomorrow, they get nothing readable about you. If a curious staff member runs a SELECT query against your row, they get ciphertext they can't decrypt. If we get subpoenaed, we can produce the encrypted blob — we cannot produce its meaning.

The subscriber will additionally incur full civil liability for any and all damages that their attack COULD have caused — not just damages it actually caused. This includes the cost of forensic investigation, incident response, breach notification, downtime, mitigation, security audits, third-party expert engagement, regulatory fines, brand damage, and any other foreseeable or unforeseeable consequence — measured at the maximum potential harm of the attempted action, regardless of whether that harm materialized. By subscribing, you waive any defense based on the attack being unsuccessful or partially mitigated. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HYVE ALPHA, Vibe Software Solutions, Anthony S. Owens, and any affiliated parties for the full theoretical scope of your attempted damage, plus reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs.
